No matter which anticonvulsant I've been on -- tegretol, depakote, neurontin, topamax or lamictal -- whenever I've been on wellbutrin, wellbutrin SR, effexor or the XR version I've ground my teeth in my sleep. I even ground through a gold filling in six months. The mouthguard was well worth the 450.00 I paid for it. Not only do I not hurt my teeth, but since it has some give, I rarely wake up with headaches or jawaches.
