Thanks for all the info.
I actually stopped the valerian after my doc told me it was not a good idea to mix it with ADs. And the bruxism does not seem as bad as it used to be. I may be OK without anything. Although I may ask a prescription to my doc in case it comes back at higher doses. I went up to 75mg of Effexor XR 3 days ago and stopped the valerian before bed at the same time. I do have a mouth protector, which I wear more often than I used to, and I'm noe fine in the morning. I am crossing my fingers that it lasts this way.
