My isp quit in my area so I've had to rely on library and cafe. I get 10 hours a month for free and I'm using one of them now.
thank you for your responses. I was feeling particularly lonely and abandoned at the time I posted the 'thanks for nothing' post. I apologize for my attitude (Oh, and by the way St James..kiss my ass and don't reply to any of my future posts please)
I have taken lots of SSRI's but I can't seem to tolerate them. I have had great success on moclobemide but it pooped out and hasn't worked again since. I am now taking klonopin alone just trying to deal with the ever present anxiety. I haqve seen a doc since and we're discussing alternative therapies like CBT and herbs, diet etc.
I'll let you know how it goes. My hour is up but I want to thank you for replying. I appreciate it very much.

> Tina,
> Have you had any success in deciding what to do? I didn't answer this post because I have grown rather discouraged by medications and didn't feel I had much to offer. Have you tried mood stabilizers and anti-convulsants? They at least haven't caused many problems for me.
> I think that probably your main goal should be to find a good pdoc. They do exist. I hava a good one right now, after a few tries. I know it is discouraging to have to keep looking, but it is well worth the effort. There have to be a few good pdocs in your part of the country.
> And at the risk of offending a few, have you looked into cognitive behavior therapy or some other sort of therapy? It's not the complete answer but it can be a good augmentation to meds.
> I've been worried about you. Can you post and let us know how you're doing?
