trazodone!

I am a chronic insomniac also. For the past two months I have gotten a LOT of help from Trazodone (Deseryl). I find that it doesn't make me fall asleep and so I still take 50mg of Benedryl and .5 mg of Xanax for that, but I sleep so well AND all night! While I am still working on trying to reduce some of the pills that I need to fall asleep, the Trazodone is a KEEPER for me! I take 75mg in the evening. Collette
