I am also on Remeron and have SEVERE Menstrual cramps. They are so horrible. I get bitchy..cranky... pains 1 week before my period then it starts all over again. The only thing that has helped alot is IBUPROFEN 800mg. I miss work... i cant move... i cry.. i throw up. Funy thing is.... people say "the better you eat" the worse your period is". Makes me want to eat junk food all day!
