PAXIL - sexual dysfunction !

I am taking Paxil (30 mg/d) since spring after trying many other ADs. I think it works better (for me) than the others (Celexa, Efexor, Zoloft, Trimipramine...) against depression but I developed real sexual dysfunction. This makes me very sad. And I gain weight and feel tired. I wouldt stop this med because it works but the side effects are nasty. I hadnt such sexual problems with any AD before. The strange thing about Paxil was my increased libido at the beginning of taking it (perhaps it was triggered by coming of high doses of Celexa at the same time 80 mg) What could I do ?
