First of all, do not discontinue the Paxil! You have tried several other drugs already so if you stop Paxil, you might not find another drug to work.
As Chivalry said, you can try adding Wellbutrin or buspirone. Trazodone could also help. Also, Viagra could be a good choice. I personally take Ginkgo Biloba which is helpful for that problem. (I take 30 mg Celexa). Take 120 mg Ginkgo twice a day (total of 240 mg per day). Give it 2 weeks to see if it helps. The only precaution for Ginkgo is that it is an anticoagulant so you shouldn't take it if you have a bleeding problem.
