actually, at this point, i might agree with the prozac addition but NOT taking any more effexor (even small increments). i think you are most of the way through the bad times so just go with out it. i would tend to think from what i've read here that taking effexor again would run you the risk of re-visiting the same 4 (to 5?) days of joy you've just gone through.
however, if your head starts to do 360 degree turns on your neck, you might want to re-visit taking the effexor again.
