In a word -Yes. I've been on remeron for almost a year now in combination with prozac and wellbutrin. The first low dose of remeron will make you sleep like a lof and feel drowsy or a bit out of it the next morning. Coffee helps. This disappears at higher doses. Not sure what happens if you stay at 15mg. It still helps greatly with the anxiety tho.
