Hi..

Perhaps you are a fast metabolizer, or elimenated the efexor very rapidly. I know that on can go as high as 600mg, in refractary cases. But why not combo it with Remeron. This is often a very successfully combo. It will also improve the often sexuall side effect you get from high efexor dosage.
