I also took my Serzone all at night (300-500 mg. depending on time of year). Tried dividing it during the day on the high dose, as I've been having trouble getting up in the AM, but didn't want to be sedated at work. The technical monograph (i.e. the info from the drug co) suggests that Serzone is better absorbed the more you take at once, so I also figured taking the whole day's dose at night was either more effective or more economical, depending on your point-of-view!
Anyhow, I am now on Day 4 of Wellbutrin and finding the switch pretty difficult - I'm really hyper and anxious. Hoping I will settle into it quickly - I didn't expect it to work quite so fast, or maybe I would have taken a week or two to come off the Serzone first!
I will post more about my Serzone experience soon, as I've probably used it about as long as anyone, but it was turning into a major essay, so I had to stop - I'll edit it offline, then maybe I can cut it down to a reasonable size for posting!
