Buprenorphine or Olanzapine? help!

Okay, all you PBabble brains. .I need help!
Choice 1:
I had such an unusal period of feeling normal, safe and calm after my recent appendectomy -- tons of Vicodin -- that pdoc is suggesting Buprenex.. . .
OR
He suggests a return to Zyprexa, (which also felt GOOD but was SO fattening,) . . .this time pretreating w/300mg Axid 2x daily to see if that will help get my head out of the refrigerator. . and adding Glucophage if it doesn't,
The surgery has really put my Intuition on the fritz, and I'd so appreciate your feedback.

Any thoughts? Will bupe make me nauseous? No hurling!
