I added Mirtazapine a week later, and that got rid of the sexual side-effects of clomipramine. Though I am still waiting for clomipramine's full effect to be known (a 6-week trial), I am finding that it is very tolerable with minimal sedation or anticholinergic side-effects. Clomipramine is the only thing that has worked for me, after having tried everything else known to mankind.
