How to accept meds

Why do I continue to think I can go off meds? 2 weeks of feeling great and forget meds I say to myself. Crash. I'm in a crash. It is the flat effect of Celexa that makes me want to go off. It is the heart exhaustion feeling that makes me want to drop Wellbutrin. The more WB I take to counteract Celexa the more Klonopin I need to overcome anxiety. Do I need to ask my pdoc for a mood stabilizer?
