For some reason the Effexor XR stopped working, it wasn't like I was in a major depression but I felt down and my obsessive thoughts did not go away. I know that with Prozac I was OK.
I originally switched from Prozac because I was so tired all the time. I was on a high dose though. I'm hoping I won't feel like sleeping all the time this time around.
