The first few days it was very noticeable; now several weeks later, it is more along the lines of I will skip lunch, or just eat a pretzel, if I am busy doing something. I eat much smaller portions as well at home. Eating out is still a problem since they tend to give you huge portions. I have a natural tendency to overeat, very large portions, and snack a lot, so the Wellbutrin is definitely helping me with those bad habits.
Joe--
I checked with the Doctor's office and they insist that I should take the 300 mg. all at once in the morning. If I don't start seeing results soon, I may try to split up the dose like you. (I sure don't want a seizure--I read the package insert too!!)
