That's strange, I thought you were never supposed to take more than 200 mg at a time due to risk of seizures. Your prescription really says to take it all at once?

I take 300 mg a day in two divided doses at least 8 hours apart, and noticed loss of appetite immediately. The first few days it was very noticeable; now several weeks later, it is more along the lines of I will skip lunch, or just eat a pretzel, if I am busy doing something. I eat much smaller portions as well at home. Eating out is still a problem since they tend to give you huge portions. I have a natural tendency to overeat, very large portions, and snack a lot, so the Wellbutrin is definitely helping me with those bad habits.
