Tina,
I may be missing something but the idea that your nausea may be related to anxiety is really secondary to the fact that you are having the nausea. My thought is that if you have access to a family doctor or GP, make an appt to see them and discuss this problem with them. You certainly don't have to discuss any mental history with them if you choose not to. And it certainly doesn't require a Mental Health professional to treat stomach problems.
As you know I've had nausea problems for over a year. I am currently taking Phenergan as needed for it. I was taking the pills, but my pharmacy ran out and now I take the syrup. The syrup is the nastiest thing I've ever tasted but if you can get past that, it works pretty well. I was taking Zofran for a long time. Zofran is used primarily for patients experiencing nausea from chemotherapy. It was an amazing med for me, within 15 minutes of taking it, my stomach felt fine. But at $19.50 a tab in the US, I can only imagine what it would cost you there. It probably isn't an option for you...
Just because one symptom is a side-effect of another, doesn't mean that it doesn't need to be treated. I'm sorry that you're having to suffer this indignity from the people who are supposed to be helping you.
Love ya,

Acidic foods kill me and I can't eat spices of any kind so I don't think it's an acid problem. It's just a nausea thing and I don't know what is causing it. It's quite annoying.
