I'm not passed the panic stage. I've had panic attacks since i was 18 and they never go away. They may become less frequent but never truly go away. It's the GAD that is killing me. It's constant nervousness. Hands shake and stomach rolls and just general continuous ick. I am afraid of going anywhere, ever.
It's screwing up my quality of life, that's for sure.
