Never feel ashamed you need help.
One of the warmest, satisfying moments
in the world is when we reach out to
receive or give someone else assistance.
Whether it be through a hug, kind word
or in many cases medicine. You're trying to better yourself, and sometimes
we need assistance. Many people, as it's
often said, are afraid of what they don't
understand. In time they'll come around
and realize they need to support you and
not alienate you.Consider this a cyber-hug and remember your
not alone. Most people only post the bad things cause
that's what scares us. Even in my case where
I have my share of horrer stories the medicine
has helped and if nothing else it's helped me
get more help, through therapy and friends, etc.Consider medication as a tool to get you to the
next level of your life. You need to seek out
and find what makes your life better not what
others around you can handle.OK I'm done my rant now.......HOOOOWWWLLLLL
