side effects

I've noticed some of the side effects mentioned on here, being tired all the time, and yet not being able to sleep, dazed, (i'm also a blonde...connection?) etc. I have only been on it for 2 weeks, and tomorrow is my first dose at 75mgs, will the side effects increase or decrease?
