I take Prozac and I drink. I've noticed worse hangovers for smaller amounts drunk. I think I get drunk more quickly but I don't expect to so I end up drunker than I think I should be. Just be careful. I drank with zoloft too and was OK, except for one time when I fainted but my pdoc said that wasn't related. I don't know- I had never fainted before and I fainted after drinking one giant margarita.
As for weight gain, Prozac has been neutral for me in that I haven't gained any more weight since I started taking it. But I gained on Zoloft and haven't lost it by switching. I'm pretty pissed at that side effect so I say Prozac can cause weight gain, because I think too often people think it won't and it does, so consider yourself warned. However, it works like a dream. Some of the time.
