Welcome to wonderful world of SSRI's.. Afer a long period of time they deplete dopamine so much that you begin to have movement disorders and muscle tension and the like. Supposedly Zoloft has the least of these effects, but I think they all do it.
Try Buspar.. it seems to be th antidote of choice
