I think irritability (I do not mean in this case) can be related to a depressed mood or to obsessive traits.

This comment is interesting mila, can you elaborate on this please?.

A while ago I was thinking: what is better for social phobia traits a sedative or a stimulant?. Sometimes it seems a stimulant can put someone in a better state to "face" what he/she fears (public speaking, phone calls, emails from important people). I mean...like a no-chicken out drug :-)

On the other hand a sedative (like xanax) canut you ina more "social" state (I think many people use GHB for this but I have never tried it).
