Going from Paxil to Zoloft

Has anyone had experience changing from Paxil to Zoloft? I am currently on 40mg of Paxil - it has pooped out on me - I tried other drugs but they seemed to make the situation worse so I went back onto Paxil. Now I'm going to try Zoloft and I was wondering whether it would be better to ween off Paxil first or just go straight onto Zoloft?
