My doctor added Seroquel to my Celexa (50 mg celexa) because I told her adding Risperdal to my Serzone earlier really helped with confidence, sense of humor, and loss of sentimentality. Eventually, I started having TERRIBLE racing thoughts, hateful feelings about loved ones, and seratonergic effects.

It was added as a adjunct for depression, not as an anti-psychotic.

The Celexa has made me lose impulse control to some degree. Having trouble with what I eat, avoiding the gym, smoking, drinking, spending money, doing cocaine. Had similar problems with Prozac.

What benefits can I expect at 25 mgs? Will I be able to lower my Celexa dose? I wake up at 4 am every day for work...will that be a problem?
