Even when I finally fell asleep, I could only sleep for three or four hours at a time, and sleeping pills didn't help. It was making me a physical and mental wreck. I always slept very well with the seroquel, and it was a tremendous relief.

I have been taking 200 mg seroquel for about three months now and it has helped me significantly. Amoung other things I suffer from paranoia and schizophrenia. The conspiracy fears have been almost eleminated. It does have a sedation effect but when I wake up I don't feel hungover like the way I felt on Trazodone.
