What doses of each are you on? I am on 1200 mg lithium and 2400 mg Neurontin. I have bipolar AND temporal lobe epilepsy. I am wondering if I can replace the lithium altogether with the Neurontin. Do you know anything about this?

I have been taking it in combination with lithium for a couple months now. nothing else had helped at all, but adding the neurontin practically cut the mania feeling down to half. I am probably more greatful for that than any other med I've taken. the mania I feel is very little now; my mind doesn't keep spinning like it used to.
