Did you take it in the early pm like Cindylou suggested? That works best for most people.

No. I have been taking it nightly for 9 months, with no noticeable loss of effect. I break tablets and take only 3-4 mg. If, for some reason, I happen to take 5+ mg, then the 3-4 mg dose has diminished effect for a couple of days, but then works ok again.
