Celexa's usual dose is between 10 mg and 40 mg. Some people do better with their depression above 40mg but most don't need any more.

Anxiety is a different story. In Celexa testing that I read about, where anxiety relief was studied, people did better with 20 or 30 mg than they did with 40 or 50 mg. But of course everyone is different.
