Roo,

It took a little while for the salmon oil to take effect because it has to build up in the system but once it has a stable level it works quite well in conjunction with my other meds (topomax, lamictal and neurontin). I by it at my local health food store and sometimes at Costco. Give it a try if you can find it, you might have to ask for it to be brought in for you if you don't see it on the shelves. You can find more info on this if you type in salmon oil into one of your browsers.
