I'm no pharmacologist but I think Risperdone et al are (weak?) 5-HT2 antagonists, which are thought to enhance the action of serotonin. I have seen a couple of very impressive (altho' small) studies documenting this synergy.

I would try Risperdone first, given you are on therapeutic levels of an SSRI. Successful augmentation will make itself apparent very quickly (1 day-1 week).

Amisulpiride seems to be helpful for dysthymia, social phobia but is not generally used to 'augment'.

Don't write it off (could be useful adjunct).
