I have seen a couple of very impressive (altho' small) studies documenting this synergy.

I would try Risperdone first, given you are on therapeutic levels of an SSRI. Successful augmentation will make itself apparent very quickly (1 day-1 week).
Amisulpiride seems to be helpful for dysthymia, social phobia but is not generally used to 'augment'.
