Hey there everyone,

I just got back home from visiting my Lovely girlfriend. She was very surprised at me showing up, she was very happy with the diamond pendant and the baloon. I asked her to tell me if she wanted me to leave or hang around while she worked. She told me she wanted me to hang around, so I did. From about 11:00 until after 3:00. It was a very nice visit and we actually had some alone time to talk. I told her that I had been studying and reading just about everything I could get my hands on about depression. I have learned a lot in the last couple of weeks. I have learned TONS just talking to people like all of you! I told her that I understand somewhat of what she is going through and that she doesn't have to feel guilty about the hurt that I have been going through. She also told me that she really does Love me and that she still thinks we were meant to be together. I have a dinner date with her Thursday night. The only reason that we don't have one tonight is that she always goes to church on Wednesday nights and doesn't get off from work until 6. Tomorrow night she will leave work around 3:00 and wants to change and take a shower so that she can feel better about going out. I am happy. But then, I have been since I met her. I understand MUCH more now and can accept what is happening. She has gained a few pounds, I have lost a few (she eats and sleeps more when depressed and I am just the opposite) and she made a point of telling me. I just replied that I didn't care about the weight gain, and I truly don't. I am in Love with HER, not what shape she is in. Thanks for the words of encouragement and the very kind responses.

Wish me luck!
