Hi,
I've been taking 6mg/day for over 3 years (except when pregnant) and yes I am tolerant but it works great for panic attacks (and has never 'pooped out'). My pdoc has patients on for over 20 years with no ill effects. He does run routine liver panels. I guess if a med gives you a decent quality of life, I consider that a success. I wish you well- Judy
