Werther - Stick with the Bu-Spar for another week or two. I know that these start-up side effects are a pain, but they usually do resolve in 2 to 3 weeks and the anti-anxiety activity does keep increasing for 4 to 6 weeks. I use to think that Bu-Spar was crap, but, if given a chance (ie an 8 week trial) it seems to work in many people. It is because it doesn't have the "instant" effect and the psychomotor side effects of clonazepam, that many people think it doesn't work.

Hang in there and give it a chance (easy to say when you're not in the middle of it, huh). - Cam
