You have a lot of concerns but they are understandable considering you have not found an AD that works for you and your sex drive.
The only ADs that will not diminish your libido are serzone, remeron, wellbutrin and manerix. All the rest will negatively impact your sex drive.
Instead of worrying about your libido so much I think that it would be more productive if you concentrated your efforts on finding a med that improves your depression. Once your depression lifts then you can work on your libido.
Give the serzone some time. If you do not feel improvement push the dosage up to a max of 600mg until you do feel better.
If you are seeing a family doctor you might want to educate yourself on meds since many fdocs are not up to date and experienced in psychopharmacology.
