Duloxetine is a combination norepinephrine and serotonin reuptake inhibitor (similar to Effexor in this regard). 5 years ago, it was planned that it undergo clinical trials. It then seemed to disappear. I don't know anything about what's going on with it now. It appeared to be a promising drug.
Where exactly did you here about it?
