The exact same thing happened to me on Paxil. I was only on it a few months but it worked very well, and I came off it. My symptoms returned and I went on it again, but it did not work as well. If you find a med that works [and it is trial and error] you should probably stay on it. Paxil worked well for me, but Zoloft, Serzone and Celexa have not. I'm going to try Prozac and hope it helps me. Good luck.

> Hi - I was on Paxil 40mg for 3 years for Agoraphobia - worked wonderfully - I finally had a life. Decided to slowly go off it - but the panic attacks came back. When I went back onto it, it didn't seem to work as well. Has anyone else had this experience?
