hi- my p-doc says it's supposed to be a better, cheaper ritalin sr. he says from his thus far limited experience with patients, it really is
Basically, it's more potent than ritalin sr but equal in potency to the regular ritalin. it also has more staying power and lacks the ups and downs of ritalin sr. so it's really what a ritalin sr ought to be but isn't. it's also cheaper than ritalin but not cheaper than regular generic ritalin. he said to me, "If ritalin is your drug, you might want to try it." but he said it offers no advantage over the other cns stimulants.
