Amisulpride treatment for dysthymia

I am tying amisulpride for my dysthymia. It's been about five days now on 100mg/day. Not too encouraging yet. Since the few things that have helped in the past began working emediately, I am not very optomistic. How are other people doing on this med? Thanks.
