Going off of Effexor and very tired - Withdrawal?

I am going off Effexor and I am very tired. Having trouble
staying awake during the day. Is this a withdrawal symptom?
I was doing better on getting my work done in the daytime and
not taking naps. I can hardly make it or concentrate due to
extreme fatigue. I have tapered slowly. I was on 225mg of Effexor
XR and now down to 75mg. I also took Vistaril and Elavil
at night. One pill each. Quit the Vistaril and on 1/2 of the Elavil.
Woke up twice last night. What kind of withdrawal symptoms have
others had going off EffexorXR or SSRIs?
