I am especially interested that you didn't just say "not helpful", but actually "did more harm than good." For example, was the therapy paced too fast, therapists not able to understand, etc. Just wondering if you can pinpoint why, so you can know what you are looking for in choosing a therapist--if you're willing to go that route again. shellie
