I've been on 20 mg of Celexa for four months now. The first two - three weeks side effects were a bitch (esp the first week). After that the they really diminished to almost nothing except a small decrease in libido. It seems to be working fine on a day to day level although I've had a bad day or two, but far fewer than I had before.
