I've never been through withdrawal, but I read your post and feel really bad that you're going through so much pain-- YOU WILL GET THROUGH IT.
If it was me, and I felt I just couldn't stand it anymore, my tendency, I think, would be to go to an emergency room, and see if they would give me an i.v. of a pain killer (even valium) just to get through, one day at a time. They could call your doc just to confirm that you're not a drug addict. I don't think people should go through horrible pain when pain killers are available. Just make sure there's no conflict with the parnate (e.g., no demeral). Sometimes ERs are good for taking care of unbearable pain quickly.
This is just an idea, but at least keep in mind that the ER is there and it functions for crises. Shellie
