Jennifer, I can really relate. I too have fibro.
The effexor put me in a zombie state, but not enough to sleep. I am unable to sleep and also have incredible dreams. I have a crushing pain and I wonder if that is what yours is like? But maybe the effexor will work for you, because I am usually the opposite. Do AD's help any of your other fibro symptoms?
