Do you use a protection software with your OS?
James here.....
At work we are behind a Cisco Firewall. The ISP stuff is not because it cannot, but we log heavly.
I sniff packets as needed.
At home I use a Linux box running TCP/IP Wrappers, which logs all connections. All ports are closed excect what I need to surf, ect.
