Hi andrew,

Yes you already talked to me before about Amisulpride, i remeber.
But there's many problems which make me hesitate. THe first is if I take amisulpride, i think i will still need an AD. And for the moment i can't find an acceptable AD in monotherapy for the depression. When depression will be treated, i'll think about social phobia and CFS... maybe with amisupride. But if i take everything together i won't know from what the side effects are coming.

THe second problem is i HATE taking more than one medication. In general it doesn't last more than one month before i stop everything because i begin to feel them (meds) like if they were poison. So, as the depression is my first problem, i try AD first.

Then last, if amisulpride is increasing DA at low dose, i think i won't be able to sleep because i have already difficulties nomally. Don't you think it could be the case ?
And do you know if the "anti social phobia" effect comes as soon as you take the medication or after weeks ?
Anyway could you send me your info about amisupride, i click on your e mail adress.
Thank you Andrew.

It is used in your country in high doses for schizophrenia but in Italy and France it is used for dysthymia and atypical depression in low doses, usually 50 to 100mgs/day. Amisulpride is a dopaminerigic that can be effective for the symptoms of low mood, social anxiety and CFS. For me it has been effective for these symptoms. I have an info. piece on it, email me at andrewb@seanet.com. I think it is worth a try in your case since serotonergic meds seem to have failed.
