Bee - I don't see Effexor XR in your list. At higher doses it has both SRI and NRI properties, making it like a TCA (like Elavil) without the big time sedation and decreased risk of cardiac problems, but I can't guarantee it will help your sex life. Do give the Effexor XR a proper trial of 8 weeks. The dose should be raised relatively slowly to about 225mg or 300mg per day to get both of the above mentioned effects. Ask your doc about this.
Sounds like you would probably be a good candidate for reboxetine, but we don't have that in Canada, either (sigh). I guess we have to let the Europeans and Yanks be our guinea pigs before they allow these new drugs into Canada ;^)
