Insurance co-pay problem

We have client who have been getting prescriptions from their psychiatrists for newer medications (Luvox, Zyprexa) and unfortunately their insurance companies will not cover the expense (sometimes $500 per month or more). In addition, because they are new there is no generic version. Does anyone know any way to circumvent this problem?
