Nardil....What's Next?

I have been taking Nardil for about 8 years now. It has minimal results like Marplan before it. I was fine after the first month on Marplan... My agoraphobia and panic virtually dissapeared. Marplan pooped out. Doc switched to Nardil with no change in effects. It just took over for the discontinued Marplan. These days, Nardil is pooping out and panic is terrible. Where do I go from here? Please help someone.
